BlackChapel miniatures agrees to send the order through a transport agency to the direction that the Customer specify in the order form.
However, we will not responsible for any errors caused by omission or insufficient data, which can lead to non-collection of the order.
The maximum delivery time is 10 working days (SPAIN) and 15 days for the rest, counting from the order confirmation.
However the actual delivery periods are in the case of Spain (2-3 days), Europe (3-5 days).
For reasons of force majeure or logistics, estimates may vary for the above, in which case the client will be duly informed.
The Customer must check the condition of the package in front to the carrier. In case of error in the order or any product damaged or incomplete shall be duly notify in the shortest possible time through our email within a maximum period of 24 h.
Also we ask them to advise us of any aspect once received the order to check their opinion about the products, delivery or the service provided.
